SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us to resolve the issue. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Please allow 2-3 days for processing of your order. Once processed we will ship your order via 2-day (FedEx) shipping. Please note that because of the value of our products, all shipments are insured and shipped with signature required. If the order consists of “special order” or “made to order” products, please allow 6-8 weeks for delivery. An estimated time of delivery will always be given before a purchase is made.
Finished jewelry has a return period of 15 days. In order to keep costs low it’s important to align ourselves with the same return period policy as our manufacturers.
Loose diamond purchases have a 30 day return period.
All “special orders” and “made to order” purchases are non-returnable. All product that is not returnable will be clearly marked in the product page and the customer will be notified prior to purchase. Special orders and made to order purchases are items that have been engraved, altered or sized.
Items returned due to manufacturing defect will be exchanged.
All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You are required to insure your package, ship via 2-Day shipping method and obtain a tracking number.
Returns without an RMA number will be declined at time of delivery.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange.We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
- Customer must obtain a Return Authorization (RA) before shipping back.
- Due to high value of the product, all returned merchandise must be insured for entire value and shipped 2nd day shipping. No exceptions or refund will not be issued.
